Netra Tarpan – Indications of Tarpana
Netra Tarpana is a specialized Ayurvedic therapy is used to treat various ailments of eyes like dry eyes, computer vision,myopia, astigmatism, retinitis pigmentosa, etc.
“Netra” means the eyes and “tarpana” means nourishment it relaxing tensions stress. Netra tarpana is a procedure in which ghee is poured over the eyes and is done by a qualified therapist to both the eyes simultaneously with the help of medicated ghee prescribed by an Ayurvedic consultant in a systematic way.

- Vata Pittaja Roga: Eyes disorders which are caused due to unbalanced or aggravated Vata and Pitta Dosha
- Netra Shushkata: Excess Rigidity or stiffness in the eyes
